A view on self-worth

 I follow very few people on social media. And before I follow anyone, they have to be sensible or funny! Adam Grant, is one person I have followed on social media and it is always refreshing reading from him. This is his perspective on self worth which I totally agree with.

This year has really been challenging for everyone. The challenge we face however differs from person to person but in all, no one is spared from life's challenges. This is just a reminder to go through yours with grace...
